REFUND, CANCELLATION & SHIPPING POLICY
Last Updated: 19th October, 2026
At ELITE, we strive to deliver transparent, predictable service. Due to strict legal mandates, state board of pharmacy regulations, and the unique logistics of custom-compounded and prescribed preparations, our billing, fulfillment, and cancellation policies are governed by the strict operational parameters outlined below.
1. ABSOLUTE FINAL SALE FOR DISPENSED PHARMACEUTICALS
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE PERMITTED ONCE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS ARE DISPENSED.
Under strict federal requirements (including regulations enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration) and corresponding state pharmacy practice acts, prescription pharmaceuticals cannot be returned, restocked, or re-dispensed once they have exited the physical chain of custody of the dispensing pharmacy.
Accordingly, all prescription sales are absolute and final. The Company and its associated Pharmacies will not grant refunds, credits, charge reductions, or inventory returns under any circumstance once the medication has been filled or shipped, regardless of whether:
- You experience unwanted biological side effects, mild allergies, or adverse physiological responses;
- You or your personal physician choose to discontinue or pivot treatment protocols;
- You obtain conflicting medical evaluations post-order;
- Your medical status changes (including pregnancy, recovery, or surgical interventions);
- The formulation is delivered intact within shipping carrier time estimates but you decide you no longer wish to utilize it.
2. NEW ORDERS: THE CANCELLATION & FEE LADDER
When an order is submitted via the Platform, billing cycles and administrative workflows engage immediately. Cancellation requests must be logged through the official customer support portal at Contact. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the following administrative tiering:
2.1. Phase 1: Cancellation Prior to Provider or Pharmacy Transmission ($99 Fee). If an order is canceled after electronic payment has settled, but before your intake assessment has been reviewed by a Provider or your order transmitted to a partner Pharmacy, you are eligible for an order refund less a mandatory $99.00 Administrative Cancellation Fee. This non-negotiable charge offsets automated payment processing surcharges, electronic medical record setup fees, and identity verification overhead.
2.2. Phase 2: Cancellation Post-Transmission (100% Forfeiture). Once an order, prescription file, or clinical intake has been transmitted to a Provider or dispatched to the compounding/fulfillment Pharmacy queue, no cancellation is allowed, no refund shall issue, and you are 100% financially liable for the order.
2.3. Phase 3: Clinical Non-Eligibility Determination. If, upon clinical review, a licensed Provider determines in their independent medical judgment that you are clinically contraindicated, medically unsuited, or legally ineligible to receive the requested formulation: – Your core product purchase payment will be refunded to your original payment method in full (100%). – If a separate clinical intake assessment or physician consultation fee was itemized at checkout, that diagnostic fee remains non-refundable (or reviewed solely on a case-by-case basis at Company’s discretion) to compensate the clinician for medical evaluation time.
3. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & MANDATORY CANCELLATION DEADLINES
3.1. The 48-Hour Cancellation Window. Subscriptions auto-renew on a perpetual schedule according to your selected billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually). To terminate auto-renewal, you must execute your cancellation at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled calendar renewal date.
Cancellation must be submitted through your authenticated Customer Portal under “Manage Subscriptions.”
Requests lodged fewer than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the renewal date will not halt the imminent billing cycle. The pending cycle will bill, fulfill, and ship as scheduled, and your cancellation will apply strictly to subsequent subscription cycles.
3.2. No Prorations on Active Cycles. Subscription fees cover access periods and fulfillment cycles in their entirety. The company does not provide pro-rated refunds, partial-month credits, or retrospective billing adjustments for subscriptions terminated mid-cycle.
4. MINIMUM COMMITMENT CYCLES & INSTALLMENT PLANS
4.1. Minimum Term Commitments. Certain treatment programs (such as targeted medical weight management programs or structured skin regimens) carry a mandatory minimum term commitment (e.g., an initial mandatory three-month commitment).
Regardless of whether you pay the program in a single lump sum or via installment distributions, you are contractually liable for the full cumulative cost of the entire minimum term.
4.2. Installment Plan Acceleration. Electing to pay for a program via split monthly installments does not transform the purchase into an open-ended monthly pay-as-you-go contract. If you attempt to cancel service while paying via installment schedules, cancellation does not forgive or mitigate the remaining unpaid installment balance. The company retains the right to accelerate and immediately charge the remaining unpaid term balance to your payment card.
5. PROMOTIONAL, INTRODUCTORY & PRESALE TIERS
5.1. Presale Product Terms. Presale and introductory purchases are processed and billed in full at checkout. Shipments will dispatch in the order receipts are queued, within the timeline disclosed at checkout (typically within thirty (30) business days) unless delayed by pharmacy supply-chain adjustments.
5.2. Introductory Discount Rules. Promotional or introductory discounts apply strictly to the initial delivery cycle. Subsequent renewals will be automatically charged at standard non-discounted retail rates.
5.3. Lapse of Locked-In Pricing. If you pause, defer, or modify a recurring promotional subscription such that no shipment is dispatched over a consecutive ninety (90) day period, all grandfathered, presale, or lifetime-discount terms are permanently forfeited. Future orders will bill at the standard prevailing retail price.
6. SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS, DAMAGES & LOST PARCELS
6.1. Correct Delivery Coordinates. You bear absolute responsibility for supplying an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delayed, intercepted, destroyed, or misrouted packages resulting from incorrect address entry.
6.2. Damaged, Defective, or Temperature-Compromised Packages. If a product reaches you in a damaged, broken, or compromised state:
- You must report the damage to em@elitehealthnwellness.com within forty-eight (48) hours of carrier-confirmed delivery.
- Your report must include clear photographic evidence of the damaged parcel, external mailing label, and broken product container.
- If verified, the company will arrange for a prompt replacement to be re-dispensed at zero cost to you. Monetary cash refunds are not issued for damaged packages where a replacement can be dispatched.
7. CHARGEBACK ABUSE & PAYMENT FRAUD
Initiating a payment chargeback or merchant dispute through your credit card provider while your order is processed, in fulfillment, or delivered in compliance with these Terms constitutes a breach of contract. The company reserves the right to report unauthorized chargebacks to national fraud bureaus, suspend account access across all connected affiliate platforms, and assign disputed balances to formal collection agencies with statutory penalty surcharges.
