A focused annual review of metabolic and cholesterol markers during hormone care. This panel includes a comprehensive metabolic panel and lipid panel to support your ELITE provider’s ongoing health assessment. It does not include hormone measurements; your provider may order additional tests according to your treatment and history.
What’s included:
- CMP: markers related to kidney and liver function, blood glucose, electrolytes, and proteins.
- Lipid Panel: cholesterol and triglyceride measurements used in cardiovascular health assessment.
Shipping
Orders ship within one business day after provider approval. Most deliveries arrive within three to five business days, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Because prescription products are compounded for you, they can’t be returned once shipped. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How does the telehealth consultation process work?

Who determines which treatment is right for me?
A licensed medical provider makes that decision after reviewing your medical history, symptoms and goals. Additional information, a consultation or lab testing may be needed. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Where are prescriptions fulfilled?
When prescribed, medication is sent to a participating pharmacy. Your care team will confirm the pharmacy, fulfillment details and delivery availability before you proceed.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on provider review, any required testing and pharmacy processing. Your care team will clarify the expected next steps and timing for your individual plan.
Will I have ongoing support?
Follow-up and treatment monitoring are considered as part of your care plan. Your provider will explain the appropriate schedule and how to contact the care team.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance and payment options should be confirmed with ELITE before booking. Ask for a clear breakdown of consultation, testing, treatment and fulfillment costs before you proceed.
