Build a laboratory baseline before considering testosterone replacement therapy. Blood counts, metabolic measurements, PSA, testosterone, and estradiol help your ELITE provider review your health alongside symptoms and medical history. These results support an individualized treatment discussion and provide a comparison point for follow-up testing.
What’s included:
- CBC: red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelets.
- CMP: markers related to kidney and liver function, blood glucose, electrolytes, and proteins.
- PSA: prostate-specific antigen, a marker used in prostate health assessment.
- Total & Free Testosterone: total testosterone and the portion not bound to proteins.
- Estradiol: a form of estrogen involved in reproductive and other body functions.
Shipping
Orders ship within one business day after provider approval. Most deliveries arrive within three to five business days, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Because prescription products are compounded for you, they can’t be returned once shipped. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Where are prescriptions fulfilled?
When prescribed, medication is sent to a participating pharmacy. Your care team will confirm the pharmacy, fulfillment details and delivery availability before you proceed.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on provider review, any required testing and pharmacy processing. Your care team will clarify the expected next steps and timing for your individual plan.
Will I have ongoing support?
Follow-up and treatment monitoring are considered as part of your care plan. Your provider will explain the appropriate schedule and how to contact the care team.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance and payment options should be confirmed with ELITE before booking. Ask for a clear breakdown of consultation, testing, treatment and fulfillment costs before you proceed.
