Questions

Frequently asked
questions.

Frequently asked questions about treatment, consultations and getting started.

How does the telehealth consultation process work?

Start by sharing your health history and goals through a health intake. A licensed provider reviews your information, discusses any necessary next steps and determines whether a treatment plan is appropriate.

A licensed medical provider makes that decision after reviewing your medical history, symptoms and goals. Additional information, a consultation or lab testing may be needed. A prescription is never guaranteed.

When prescribed, medication is sent to a participating pharmacy. Your care team will confirm the pharmacy, fulfillment details and delivery availability before you proceed.

Timing depends on provider review, any required testing and pharmacy processing. Your care team will clarify the expected next steps and timing for your individual plan.

Follow-up and treatment monitoring are considered as part of your care plan. Your provider will explain the appropriate schedule and how to contact the care team.

Insurance and payment options should be confirmed with ELITE before booking. Ask for a clear breakdown of consultation, testing, treatment and fulfillment costs before you proceed.
