Details
Establish a laboratory baseline for a conversation about hormone replacement therapy. This panel includes blood counts, metabolic markers, selected hormones, SHBG, cholesterol, and thyroid measurements. Your ELITE provider reviews the results with your symptoms and history when considering whether treatment is appropriate and how to monitor it.
What’s included:
- CBC: red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelets.
- CMP: markers related to kidney and liver function, blood glucose, electrolytes, and proteins.
- Estradiol: a form of estrogen involved in reproductive and other body functions.
- Progesterone: a hormone involved in the menstrual cycle and reproductive function.
- Total Testosterone: the total amount of testosterone in your blood.
- SHBG: a protein that binds sex hormones and helps put testosterone results in context.
- Lipid Panel: cholesterol and triglyceride measurements used in cardiovascular health assessment.
- TSH: the pituitary hormone that signals the thyroid to produce thyroid hormones.
- Free T3: the unbound portion of the thyroid hormone triiodothyronine.
- Free T4: the unbound portion of the thyroid hormone thyroxine.

When prescribed, medication is sent to a participating pharmacy. Your care team will confirm the pharmacy, fulfillment details and delivery availability before you proceed.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on provider review, any required testing and pharmacy processing. Your care team will clarify the expected next steps and timing for your individual plan.
Will I have ongoing support?
Follow-up and treatment monitoring are considered as part of your care plan. Your provider will explain the appropriate schedule and how to contact the care team.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance and payment options should be confirmed with ELITE before booking. Ask for a clear breakdown of consultation, testing, treatment and fulfillment costs before you proceed.
